Cancellation Policy

Policy Guidelines: Each business is entitled to one free Initial Consultation. The consultation will be conducted via phone or video call at a pre-scheduled time. This session is not a full strategy session but an opportunity to discuss your needs and explore how we can support you. If you wish to proceed with our services after the call, we will provide details on our packages and next steps. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may result in the inability to rebook a free session. By booking an Initial Consultation, you agree to these terms.
