  3. Blend and Simmer: Add the roasted pumpkin and vegetable stock to the pot. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes, then blend the mixture with a hand blender or in a food processor until smooth.


  4. Add Cream and Season: Stir in the cream, and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Simmer for another 5 minutes.


  5. Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds or a swirl of cream for an extra touch.
